Week of Nov 25

An email went home today to families who RSVP'ed for the Special Class Event. Please check your emails!
We have been extra busy this week putting the finishing touches on our HP trailers.
In Math we are working on SolveMe puzzles (link included in LINKS section). These involve a lot of problem solving and mental math. These are AMAZING problems to try at home! Students are learning a lot of strategies to become more efficient when solving these. As a challenge, we are trying to figure out puzzle 139 from the MASTERS section.
We are learning about Hearing and Sound in Science.
In Social Studies we are working to wrap up our study of India in the next few weeks.
Lots of additional practices for the Christmas concert are underway. Students are excited to perform for you on Dec 11th.
We are going to be writing letters to Canadian Troops in the next few days.
